Things are beginning to escalate, yet in a way that could very well be beneficial to the people of these lands. I miss you so very much. Not a moment goes by that you and Tia are not in my thoughts. Rest assured, I have not forgotten why I am here. I shall soon return to you both not only a rich man but a rich man with more than enough tales to tell til the end of my days.
However, it is with great reluctance that I beg for your assistance. Our enemy is not only one that strikes with a blade but with a forked tongue as well. That which is obvious and clear is not always visible in the eyes of those who perfer to remain blind. This is a weakness the Bane bowers prey upon and feast endlessly.
I require further information upon the foe of this land and Professor Teion is the only man I know who possesses both the information I require and the kind heart to put it to use for the greater good. Please ask him to send any books on the dogma of Bane, Talona, and Silvanus that he can. Also in regards to Bane and Talona, please ask if he has information on recent history involving the followers of these dark gods in these lands. Tell him that his favorite student will compensate him for his troubles and pay for anything necessary to ensure the safe arrivals of the books as soon as possible. When peace comes upon this land, I shall see you both again. Tell my beloved daughter to be a good girl, and that I shall be bringing home more than a mere souvenir when all is said and done.
