Hano approaches the City Watch's Clerk, frowning and a bit disgruntled. Hano slides a letter across the desk and under the bars. Speaking to the man, "This is important that your superiors get this, friend. It may very well prevent the murder of an innocent man." Hano pauses looking to the ground as if imagining someone there. "Please be quick, because he may not have much time."

The letter contains the following,
"Greetings to whomever this may concern,
You may have already spoke of me, or even heard of me - I am Hano Fetten, Slayer of Kemnebi. I speak my title only to state the urgency of this letter and to establish how trustworthy the information is.
During my travels through the Trade Post owned by Exigo I've come across a small group of adventurers that I've known well for quite a time now.
However, this meeting was not so pleasant - I approached them as they were conspiring to kill a man going under the alias of 'Larry'. He's a Delvin man that's wanted for nothing more than questioning of suspecious involvements with Samantha the Necromancer.
Supposedly they have met this man and have had arguments with each other.. Now they plan to kill him. The party involved includes the folling:
Mittens - An old hin with dirty white hair bearing many of tattoos and crude bones. Tribalistic is a good way to explain her.
Hubei - A silver haired hin with an unusual use of grammer. Tends to repeat 'Yep yep - or - Nope nope'
Sehron - A sly type elf that fancies his odd hat and two daggers a bit.
Lida - Another hin with brown hair, a decent shield, and a red flowing cape.
All of the above mentioned are known to be involved as it was spoken clearly to my ears from their very mouth. I hope that you will be able to find these people and prevent them from commiting such a crime, for I have tried to in vain.
