The letter is written in a neat, orderly hand. It is received by Avanthyr Hold's guards.
Miss Evelyn Meriadoc,
I have written this note to inform you that with my weeks watching the Sanctuary it does not seem that Black Hand or Thayans will be here anytime soon. I have asked miss Winters on the matter, and the following is the information I have gathered.
Black Hand: Miss Winters would only assist those who are wounded, afterwards she would turn them over to the authorities as they are an enemy and are banned from the city.
Thayans: She doubts that they would come here because of the ban, and I have not found any evidence suggesting otherwise. I think the Thayans aid is no longer ongoing, and had ceased completely since their leave of the Port.
Should they offer any further aid still, even I do not think them willing enough to go into the Sanctuary with the ban in-place.
That is all I have found, my time volunteering there hasn't allowed me to see anything of concern. It is my pleasure to say that I think for now the Sanctuary can continue to do good work for Avanthyr, and unless you wish me to do otherwise I will only remain as a partial-volunteer there to assist in my off time.
I await your further orders, miss Meriadoc.
