To those who serve and protect,
Though I know the surface is full of all sorts of vagabonds and deserters, one of such should be taken note of. He wears some impressive armor which was likely taken through acts of banditry, has a most wondrous yet threatening demeanor, and will speak in blasphemous phrases on the notions of death while admitting to the murder of priests purely for his own religious views. This man, who calls himself Brendig Ashallin, proudly voices that he is not a member of our fair city nor state, as if it were a badge of honor. I would advise that this fanatical barbarian be banned from the city proper, or at the very least forced to hand over all weapons and armor upon his entrance. Please deliver justice before he threatens or acts on any more of our law abiding citizens. If need be, I can describe his physical appearance in full.
