Myrios it has come to my immediate attention that a prisoner with direct ties to the Black Hand has escaped custody. I came across this freshly freed hooded elf as he was attempting to kidnap one 'Sari' from the Second Wind to bring to Marshal Datton of the Hand. The elf's name escapes me, but he wears a cloth garb and is extremely proficient in hand-to-hand combat. After severely wounding him, he made a last ditch effort to grab the hin and run - which he succeeded in.
I'm not familiar with the exact nature of his escape, but the aid of the Triumvirate was offered to the legionnaires transporting the prisoner. . and rudely declined. I'll try to make sense of this mess, and follow up with another report if I'm able.
