Fighters have a difficult time gathering in Sundren City, due to the harsh restrictions and payments that must be met. This has made Jimmy's a rather inconvenient place to hold a tournament.
Instead, I was thinking about using either one of the larger squares in the Port, or finding a host that has enough room to handle the possible crowd and contestants.
