To all Legion members or others whom this may concern.

I have noticed within the Legion Barracks that the supply warden has been purchasing dragon blood and demon blood from those that seek to sell it. I am offering 100 stags more than the Warden will pay you if you would choose to sell to me. Of course I understand if you would prefer to stock the Legion supplies out of loyalty.
