Dear Eddy,
It's been a while my friend. As much as I would love to catch up however, this is a note of urgent business. I know you've never much cared for paperwork, but you've always had a talent for making sure it gets to the right hands.
To put the situation bluntly, we of the Viridale are in trouble. I will not go too deeply into the details right now, but certain circumstances have left many of our people unable to take shelter in the glade we once called home. For now, our position is secret and most of the enemies that would seek opportunity with our condition have been too weakened to attack just yet. However, we are still tending to our wounded and question how long we can maintain our own safety without some sort of sanctuary.
We of course are not asking for simple charity. Our people have worked together in the past and the Viridale remnants will do whatever we can to aid your people as well as our own. We can strengthen your security, help tend to your many fields, make wonderful use of the surrounding wilds, and I will personally fill any position you wish. We will not allow ourselves to be mere burdens to you.
Bring this request to any and all you see fit sir Captaine. I am already in Sestra so, you can tell them to send any response to the Chauntea church.
