One of the men of your order, Watchful Guard Ryland Padant, has demonstrated exceptional ability, courage, and faith in the face of danger. He recently traveled with me to the Necropolis to investigate some more alarming portal activity, and it was by his prayers and blessings in the name of Helm that a portal was destroyed. He also helped prevent an undead horde from causing widespread panic and fear when a portal opened in the Military Ward of the city.
Watchful Guard Padant is to be commended for his actions. Were he a Legionnaire, I would be recommending him for promotion, so it is my sincere hope that his actions will be acknowledged in his own order.
