Conditional upon your permission, Alexander Evenwood has volunteered to investigate whether there may be connections here and with the Mossdale Forgotten Mercenary Company, now stationed in Sestra and headed by Aeria Gloris, with whom you are acquainted.
I therefore request from you permission for Alexander to carry out these investigations. He would report to you on the matters and I then request that you forward to me such information as you deem proper.
