Sir,
I am Aellian Dal'Rion, an archer and scout for the company. I have but newly become a member of the company and do not yet know all the members of our illustrious band.
I send this correspondence in exasperation concerning a human male that claims to be part of the company. He stated that his name was Kyle Lendell and that he was a legendary swordsman and Blackwood Company member - he also wore the Blackwood Company armor.
I am exasperated because he thought I was a demon because of my magical bow. My bow has been handed down from generation to generation and has powerful magics attached. In fact, my bow glows with fire, but a magical fire that does not burn the archer.
So, I argued with Kyle for over an hour concerning my magical bow and my demon nature and he actually almost attacked me, even after I told him that I was indeed a also a member of the Blackwood company.
I am not sure what the intelligence or wisdom qualifications are for the Blackwood company, but I can say his is lower than most Orcs I have had the pleasure of killing. I dare say that he is a menace to the public and gives the Blackwood Company a bad name.
There were three witnesses to this event. I only know their first names, but I am sure I could find them if you need their testimony. Rina, a halfling female, Vaer, an elven swordsmen, and Lester, a halfling male.
