During the day Cirion Reliun heads to the City Watch Barracks in Sundren City, dropping off a written report.
When addressing the Desk Sergeant, he speaks in a kind, friendly tone. "I'm here at the request of Legionnaire Torgar. I, Cirion Reliun, send in this report on the Elven woman, petrified by Bram's arcane powers, and brought in by the Legionnaire Bram." the man ends his words with a friendly smile and holding forth the parchment with his written words upon it. The words upon it state...
Report on the events leading up to Bram and Torgar bringing in the female elf ((Sundren's current date here))
Starting from what led up to the moment, this began in the second floor of the Second Wind Inn, not far from the stairs. The Elven person now in holding was recognized by Amilynn as a person she was told had made acts of banditry and theft. When I asked the elven person about this, in a most kind manner, she started to back away and ignored answering my simple question. At this time, we didn't make any attempt to threaten her, I only asked for if such was true.
But her suspicious mannerism continued further as she kept inching towards the exit, and I then asked her to not leave several times. Suddenly she tried rushing for the door, it was at that moment that I decided to use non-lethal means to capture her. She wasn't physically harmed by this.
It was then that I decided to bring her to the nearest group of Legionnaires, where two diligent legionnaires, Bram and Torgar, were willing to listen to Amilynn and me about the Elven person. After an exchange of words, the two legionnaires decided it'd be best to take her into Legion holding for the night. She then attempted to flee the two men, first by falsely stating that she was a high-ranking legionnaire in need of dealing with paperwork, then by attempting to leave the area. Which, after they told her to remain still, used their means to keep her in place. Both by using the powers to hold her and the arcane to turn her to stone. I left the two men soon after this, and I don't know what else transpired after that point.
I'm sorry to have burdened you by bringing this problematic person to you, but I knew the Legion would do what is best concerning a person like her. Thank you for your time, I'll be in Sestra if you wish to ask further questions of me.
Cirion will then proceed to leave the place, if he isn't questioned further or asked to remain still by the Legionnaires.
