I, Anna, follower of the path of the Shinning Hand, servant of Azuth do most solemnly greet you.
I seek your aid and advice. As you are no doubt aware, a lich has been freed in the valley. I know little of these beasts, yet would aid the valley in its defense as best as I am able. At the moment this includes gathering all the information we can about the name, strengths and weaknesses of this particular lich.
Attached you will find all the information the one who freed the creature is able to recall. Any knowledge Oghma grants you fit to share with us would be most appreciated.
For the time being I am mostly present in the city library engaged in searching their records and can be contacted there.
