*Not seeming to care, or realize, whether or not he gives Clerk Jones a heart attack from shock, the Legion bard Osclow Wiltenholm fills out another report. This one is far more skimmed over the last with even less questions properly filled and and a more rushed style to handwriting. The notes section reads as follows:*
It has come to my attention that the Black Hand intends to move against the Veritas. Working together with the holy warrior Cybil Gelley, Red Blade Ariel, and a few others, we reacted to an attack by a Veritas soldier who claimed his bretheren was attacked by undead. This man leapt to his death out the wrong window within the Rangers Rest. We rode to Schild Mountains, but the trip took nearly four hours and by the time we arrived, the fight was half over. Bane bower clerics and soldiers filled the halls of the Veritas, whom we agreed to a temporary cease-fire with in order to aid them. We felt the Black Hand was the greater threat and I would not endanger the group by leaving them open to attack from two different enemies from two different sides. We believe the Black Hand utilized necromancy to bolster their numbers. The dead among the Veritas numbered among military and non-military personel. Unfortunately no Bane-bowers remained for questioning. The wounded managed to retreat, one even poisoning himself to keep from being interrogated. Those that were left were beyond saving, even by means of magic. We do not know why the Veritas have become a target for the Black Hand, but before the one that poisoned himself died, he spoke of the Black Hand simply doing their "civic duty".
It is my opinion that any and all registered followers of Bane be brought in for questioning upon this matter and a reward be posted to every known hangout of bounty-hunter regarding a reward for the live capture of any members of the Black Hand. We cannot allow this foul group to recover from the Nocte's List Incident. We must strike at them before they fully heal from their wounds.
