Ellianne Ellesfaire
Human female
Personality
Guarded and suspicious, bold and outspoken if challenged, noble, caring
Bio
Raised in Amn, Ellianne is the foster child of an ex-Shadow Thief, a fact that was only recently revealed to her. How these circumstances arose is unknown to Ellianne, although such things are never pleasant. Her father spoke often about his duty to her, and she grew up feeling the same love for him that all children do for their parents. While he ceased to be an active member of the Guild when he took responsibility for Ellianne, he continued to serve them on occasion and remained on good terms with his former guild-mates. He taught Ellianne all he knew -- primarily stealth and how to handle a sword -- in an effort to provide her with some tools with which to strike out on her own one day.
That time has come. She received a vision from Helm, a deity that she has looked to recently for guidance, for she believes it is Helm that brought her foster father to her, thus saving her from a life in the streets. The vision revealed a civilization in the North near the Spine of the World, one with great promise yet threatened by unseen evils -- an alliance of vile humanoids, a cult of necromancers, the Black Hand of Bane. She saw these things, yet understands not what they are or where they dwell. She does know that she must serve this place, as her father did for her... must help to be its eyes, ever watchful of the advance of evil now surrounding it.
((To those reading this, I am actually uncertain of what class to pursue -- paladin, a lawful rogue (based on her heritage), or perhaps a stealthy fighter, similar to a ranger without the influence of nature.
Your input is appreciated!))
