At a young age, Janonna had known death. Both her parents had died when she was still small. They had come down with a sickness that they could not recover from. So the Sisters of the local shrine took her in as they often did with orphans. The Sisters could tell early on that Janonna had a gift. Her patience, self-reliant and tolerance at her age was usually not seen till later in one?s life. So the Sisters begin teaching her, knowing that she would one day server diligently in their order.
After many years, she set off to aid in navigation, peasantry disputes. Recently she was hired as a navigator and healer for those on board a merchant vessel. She had taken the job a few times to aid those sailors who get sea sick and help in navigating the stars. Upon docking in new lands, Janonna takes time to explore her surroundings. On this trip, she had landed in Port Avanthyr. Now she sets out to navigate these new lands and aid those who are in need.
