What crossed Bjorn Raskstal's mind as he wrote the letter to his new friend in the Legion: "Do I even know what I am getting myself into? I wonder if Blackwell has a less angry sister..."
Bjorn Raskstal rents a room at the Second Wind Inn, and for the first time in months, he sleeps in the same place for more than one night. When the appropriate time comes, he will draw a black cross in front of the inn and wait inside. Everything will be in motion soon enough.
While Bjorn waits and gathers his thoughts, he wonders why the Myrios of the Tenth Legion was so adamant about attempting the plan which was safer for him, but would not be nearly as beneficial to the Legion as his own plan. Surely, the Myrios did not think a trained killer and cultist would divulge information under any method of interrogation, let alone fall for such an obvious deception. Surely, even if he died doing this, his usefulness would have been more than just acting as simple bait.
The Legion does not control the entire Valley like they claim to, but Bjorn believes in the Sundren State. To see the Banites no longer be a problem and to see Sundren restored to its former glory are his greatest wishes. For those wishes, he is willing to do a great many things.
