Tery Mard surveys the damage on the Sestra docks. He shakes his head. "The pirates got away and those who killed their leader were gone before the patrols arrived." For a moment, he watches repairs being set underway. "Well, Brunus has a crew fixing things at least. Too bad it will take away from the other work. I guess it was too much to expect we'd get through without some sort of setback."
He returns to his office and looks over a roster of Corps members. Here's a couple of folks I can send to investigate the rumours." He scribbles quick notes and hands them to the Corps Doorkeeper on duty. "See these get to those they are addressed to, please."
