A New Exarch in Sestra

Tiberius has been asked to resume his role in the Legion now that the situation in Sestra has come to a peaceful resolution.

In his place, a former Red Blade has taken his seat. Keiji Kemura--a fifteen year verteran and a staunch military mind--has been appointed as the new Exarch of Sestra.

Bits about his history:

• He was the hero of a battle against the Veritas twelve years ago, in which he used a small force to split their ranks and capture the officer in charge. He put down a deadly battle by cutting the head off a snake.
• His wife was murdered recently. He believes there was foul play involved. Rumors persist that his appointment was an attempt to compensate for her demise since justice was not met.
• He is known as a good man, but he devotes too much time to finding his wife's killer to be an effective city leader.
