DC 10: It appeared to be a man in plated armor, being escorted by the Legion through the city.
DC 15: It appeared to be a man of the Triumvirate, being escorted through the city by the Legion, towards the Barracks.
DC 20: A man with a cloak of Torm, and hands bound, was lead through the city by the Legion, towards the City Barracks.
DC 25: A Tormite named Baragorn was escorted through the city, with hands bound, towards the City Barracks, where he was placed in prison.
