A lovely beef ragout with tomatos, onions, garlic, and red wine, slow stewed for the last 7 hours, cheesy scalloped potatos, a crusty loaf of peasant bread from the local Kowalski's smeared with butter, and a huge mojito. I'm logging in after I finish but I can't say that I'll be much use for anything.
