Do any of these modifications affect swashbucklers or duelists? Weapon mastery and armor mastery for no armor (duelist) would not seem unreasonable? Just some things for thought.

The changes so far are simply to the listed classes: Rogue, Fighter and Paladin.

If future changes were to be made, it would to bring existing classes into line with Pathfinder.

The Swashbuckler already included its own form of Armour Mastery: Dodge +1>4

I put most of the class changes up in the wiki... some still need to be modified a bit because I don't know what class skills fighters get now, and what pathfinder stuff (aura's) are to give a description.

Finished this for you. Added all the details from the in-game class descriptions for rogue, paladin, and fighter.
