As far as standard protocol, magic is currently not allowed in the city as it may interfere with the weave. Currently not truly understood as to be believed, people are restricted to use any type of magic in the city other than the Hands. Any others using such must be authorized, or may be detained.
Regarding state laws, these laws are to take account across the entire valley although unfortunately may only be enforced when possible due to lack of troops outside the city ordinance.
Regarding the laws of the city, these laws are to remain enforced at constant.
As far as rank and duties, the ranks are given as followed: Tirones, Immunes, Sesquiplicarius, Salarius, Centurio, and Myrios. Each with different orders and holding standards. Centurio is a commanding officer among most, but helps with a division – and the Myrios lastly controlling an entire Legion.
To conclude, the laws are strictly enforced in the city for many reasons but mostly by reason to keep the people of the city safe along with the city itself safe. All actions should be used under accordance to the laws.

P.s. I should have paid my attention to the end of our talk, but I was a beat heated and simply wanted to stop being trouble to you. So what I could remember you asking for I threw into this paper. Sundren System and Laws
Sundren city and its laws are currently in a state of emergency, martial law in effect due to the cities reliance of “The Hands of Magus” keeping us afloat.
